7.1 Governing Law: These Terms and your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
7.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Portland, Oregon, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The parties shall bear their own costs and expenses of arbitration.
